Bravery is one of those qualities that some people like to complain that we don't see a lot of in this day and age. You know who did, though? All the knights of medieval legend, of course, fighting dragons, saving damsels in distress, and galloping into battle on their trusty steeds. When we think of heroic behavior, the accomplished yet humble knight is often one of the stereotypes that we think about. Also, that armor may have been pretty darn uncomfortable, but it looked cool.

Naturally, the fact that knights and other tidbits of the medieval period remain an influence on our culture means that they are fair game for making into amusing memes. We make no promise that the images below are accurate to history or historical tales, but they do take an entertaining look at those legends who spoke in that old-timey way that many today would need a translator to understand.
